  • Rocket Motor Ignitor Shims – Developed for strategic missile systems and space launch vehicles, including supplies to ISRO.

  • Thermally Activated Batteries – Engineered core ignition fuse materials and pyrotechnic components for high-reliability batteries used in missiles, ordnance, and nuclear applications.

  • Detonator Shim Fuse Materials – Designed and manufactured for advanced missile warheads and specialized explosive systems.

  • High-Temperature Insulating Conductor Cables – Supplied to a NASA subsidiary at the AMES Research Facility, California, for extreme aerospace applications.

  • Indigenous Alloy Solutions – Developed a custom Cupro-Nickel alloy for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) as an import substitute for the Mirage 2000 fighter aircraft turbine/engine.

  • Ongoing Defence Programs – Currently advancing new alloy grades for the MIG-29 and enamelled fine wires for turbine ignition coils of the SUKHOI-30 MKI aircraft, with testing underway at HAL.

Precious Metal Wire Engineering

  • Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) Technology – Foundational partner of Bloom Energy Inc., USA, in the development of specialized voltage probes for direct integration into SOFC stacks.

  • Biomedical Alloys – Developed wires of 316LV stainless steel for India’s first indigenous coronary stent, the “Raju-Kalam Stent,” in collaboration with DMRL.

  • Gold Wire Miniaturization – Pioneered the development of superfine 0.050 mm 22-carat gold wires for Tanishq Jewellery (TATA Group).

  • Gold Hardening Alloys – Achieved breakthrough success in developing 24-carat hard gold doping alloys with enhanced hardness equivalent to 22-carat gold, while maintaining ultra-high purity, enabling advanced jewellery applications.
