Pure Nickel Wire
99.98% (0.025 mm)
Our Pure Nickel Wire (DKRNT-0.025-KT-NP1) is engineered for applications where ultra-high purity, exceptional mechanical properties, and precise dimensional control are critical. Produced with a nickel purity of 99.90–99.98%, this ultra-fine wire of 0.025 mm (25 μm) diameter is the result of a proprietary manufacturing process perfected over more than feven years of R&D.
Unlike conventional nickel wires, which are easier to draw at diameters above 0.05 mm, high-purity nickel exhibits extreme softness and ductility, making the production of stable, ultra-fine wires below 50 μm a metallurgical challenge. Our process overcomes these limitations, delivering wire of consistent quality, high tensile strength, and certified chemical composition.
Material Overview
Our Ultra Pure Nickel Wire (Grade: DKRNT-0.025-KT-NP1) is manufactured to the highest metallurgical standards with a certified purity of 99.90–99.98% Ni. The wire is drawn to a diameter of 0.025 mm (25 μm, 50 SWG) with industry-leading dimensional tolerance of ±0.0005 mm (0.5 microns) — among the tightest tolerances achievable worldwide.
This wire is produced from original raw material sourced from Russia and Germany, processed under proprietary cold-drawing and precision annealing conditions that allow stable mass production of extremely soft high-purity nickel wires, a task considered unachievable until recently.
Purity: ≥ 99.98% Nickel
Condition: Bright-annealed or work-hardened, as specified
Surface Quality: Bright, oil-free, particulate-controlled; optional protective coatings available

Quality & Dimensional Control
Our ultra-fine wires are manufactured with precision diameter control, minimal ovality, and exceptional electrical uniformity. Every lot undergoes stringent testing for dimensional accuracy, resistance consistency, mechanical strength, and surface finish, ensuring unmatched reliability and purity for critical applications.
Diameter Tolerance: Maintained as tight as ±0.001–0.003 mm at 0.025 mm nominal.
Ovality: Controlled within ≤ 50% of the specified tolerance band.
Electrical Uniformity: Spool-to-spool resistance variation typically within ±0.5%.
Testing Protocols: Comprehensive inspection for diameter, resistance per unit length, tensile strength, elongation, and surface finish conducted on every lot.
